These Terms of Service apply to the use of the app "MindUnload + DecideFree" (hereinafter "App"). By using the App, you accept these Terms.

MindUnload + DecideFree is an app for mental relief. The app enables:

- Capturing thoughts via text or voice
- AI-powered categorization into tasks, notes and worries
- Focused task processing
- Optional cloud synchronization

The app can be used without registration. A user account is required for cloud synchronization.

You are responsible for the security of your login credentials. Do not share your password with others.

The basic features of the app are free. We reserve the right to offer premium features in the future. These will be clearly marked.

Pricing:
- 7-day free trial
- Then 0.99 Euro per month
- Cancel anytime

We strive for high availability of the app. However, we cannot guarantee constant availability. Maintenance work will be announced whenever possible.

You retain all rights to your content. By using the app, you grant us the right to store and process your content as necessary for functionality.

You are responsible for your content. The following are prohibited:
- Illegal content
- Insults and hate speech
- Spam and advertising

The app is provided "as is". We are not liable for:

- Data loss with local storage
- Service interruptions
- Consequences of AI categorization (see AI disclaimer)

Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING AI PROCESSING:

The app uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to categorize your thoughts into tasks, notes and worries.

Please note:
- AI categorization is automated and may be incorrect
- The results do not constitute professional advice
- Always verify important categorizations yourself
- For mental stress or worries, seek professional help

The app does not replace professional psychological or medical advice. For serious problems, please consult qualified professionals.

We assume no liability for:
- Incorrect AI categorizations
- Decisions made based on AI results
- Indirect damages from using AI features

You can end your use at any time by uninstalling the app. With a user account, you can delete it in Account Settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete user accounts for violations of these Terms.

We may change these Terms at any time. You will be informed of significant changes via the app. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. Should individual provisions of these Terms be invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

The place of jurisdiction is, as far as legally permissible, the registered office of the company.
